  • 4 eggs (240 g)
  • 1/2 cup sugar (100 g)
  • 3/4 cup of coffee (180 ml)
  • Cocoa powder (to taste)
  • 4 cups of mascarpone (400 g)
  • 2 cups of grated dark chocolate (200 g)
  • 1 large packet of ladyfingers (200 g)

The preparation of tiramisu is very easy. You will need to be patient, however, because it takes about an hour. But it’s fun and then it tastes really wonderful!

  • Make 180 ml strong coffee and let it cool.
  • Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites to form snow.
  • Beat the egg yolks and sugar until frothy.
  • Then slowly add the mascarpone and stir everything well.
  • Now you can fold in the egg whites.
  • Place a layer of ladyfingers on the bottom of a rectangular bowl and soak them in coffee.
  • Brush with a layer of the mascarpone cream and sprinkle with half of the grated chocolate.
  • Then add another layer of ladyfingers, soak again with coffee, brush with another layer of mascarpone cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
  • Finally, sprinkle with cocoa powder and leave to rest in the refrigerator for three hours. The next day the delicious tiramisu tastes even better!
