  • Asparagus has a draining and cleansing effect and is therefore also very helpful for urinary tract infections. This may change the color of the urine, but this is normal.
  • Peel and crush two cloves of garlic and let them steep in a cup of lukewarm water for five minutes. Drink this drink three times a day until symptoms go away. This kills the bacteria in the urinary tract.
