- Bring the butter to room temperature. If you’ve stored them in the refrigerator, take them out and let them sit in a bowl for about 25 minutes.
- Grease your bread pan well with a little butter.

- Meanwhile, sieve the flour into a bowl, add baking powder and vanilla extract and then slowly pour the butter and sugar mixture onto the flour. Mix everything thoroughly with a whisk or wooden spoon.
- Avoid clumping.
- When the batter is well mixed, you can put it in a bread pan and put it in the oven.
- As soon as the bread is in the oven, you should reduce the temperature to 180 ° C. Let the bread bake for 30 minutes.
- You can use a wooden stick to check that the bread is ready to bake. You use it to stab the bread briefly and then pull the chopsticks out again. The bread is ready when the stick is dry. If there is still moisture on it, leave the bread in the oven for another 5 minutes and do the test again.

- ⅔ cup of whole milk
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- ¾ cup of fresh raspberries (finely chopped)
