5 tips for perfect facial skin

A healthy, supple, pure and perfect  facial skin is a dream for many of us. Even expensive beauty products do not always bring the desired success.

In today’s article we recommend various  inexpensive and uncomplicated beauty products for natural care for perfect facial skin.

Tips for beautiful, healthy and perfect facial skin

The skin is the mirror of health: a healthy diet, sufficient vitamins and minerals and healthy lifestyle habits also ensure a beautiful complexion.

It is not always easy to achieve this. Advancing age, sun, cold, hormone fluctuations, etc. can lead to skin complaints (such as acne) or other ailments.

The tips below will help you with your skin care routine, but we recommend that you don’t forget about a good moisturizer! These treatments are a simple and interesting addition to your daily skin care routine:

1. Oat and soda peeling

Baking soda

This peeling should then only be used once a week, it ensures a young, radiant and pure skin.

The dead skin cells are removed and the blood circulation activated. This treatment is simple and chemical-free and brings natural beauty to bear.

You only need 2 spoons of oats, 1 spoon of baking soda and some water. Mix everything together until you get a thick cream. Then apply it in a circular motion for at least 15 minutes to remove the dead skin cells.

Then rinse the face with lukewarm water. You’ll be amazed!

2. Green tea tonic

Moisture-for-the-skin

This tonic soothes and activates the perfect facial skin and is particularly suitable in the morning or in the evening, where the skin is then cleansed and blood circulation is promoted.

Make a cup with two bags of green tea. Then let the tea cool down a bit and then place it in the freezer. As soon as the tea is completely cold, apply it to the skin of the face with a little cotton wool. A pleasant relief will then be felt immediately.

3. Eliminate redness

rosemary

Weather fluctuations, cold or hormonal changes cause skin reddening. Honey and rosemary water work wonders for redness by reducing inflammation and regenerating the skin.

Scald 1 spoon of rosemary leaves with half a cup of water and then add 3 spoons of honey. Apply this tonic to the skin while it is still lukewarm with cotton wool or prepare a compress with the mixture.

Let it work for at least 15 minutes and then wash off with water and apply a moisturizer.

4. Treatment against blackheads

yogurt

Anyone who has blackheads can use this excellent remedy. A simple yogurt and lemon juice treat can help eliminate ugly pimples and blackheads. Mix 2 spoons of natural yogurt with 1 spoon of lemon juice and then apply to the affected areas.

After 20 minutes of action, wash off and then cleanse the skin with clear water. With daily use, the results will soon be noticeable.

5. Reduction of small scars

scar

Acne and wounds often leave small scars that simply cannot be removed and that we try to cover up with makeup. How can we gradually eliminate them? Rosehip oil (Rosa moschata) is ideal, available everywhere as a cream or oil and, moreover, not particularly expensive.

However, consistency is extremely important here. Massage the oil onto the scars with some cotton wool until the oil penetrates the skin well. This also activates the blood circulation. With a little patience and constancy, the scars will become softer.

As a reminder,  consistency is incredibly important in all of these treatments. Many of the traditional and expensive creams are based on these natural remedies. You can prepare and use these gifts of nature yourself without spending a lot of money.
