1. Breadcrumbs
Breadcrumbs are widely used in the kitchen. Simply cut the bread into slices and then chop it up in the food processor until you’ve had enough. For this the bread should really be completely hard, because this makes the breadcrumbs finer.
Then pour it into a glass container and keep it for two more days before use. This will keep the breadcrumbs crispy.

- 50 g butter
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Sprig of parsley

- Preheat the oven to 160ºC.
- Then cut the bread into slices, but don’t cut all the way through, only about halfway.
- Melt the butter in the microwave, then mix with the crushed or crushed cloves of garlic, chopped parsley and a little pepper.
- The butter is then spread on the cut slices, you can be generous. Be careful not to let the bread fall apart.
- Now the bread is wrapped in aluminum paper and then baked in the preheated oven for 6 minutes.
