What to do if you have inflammation of the gums 5 tips

Poor or incorrect hygiene is often the cause, but what should you do  if you have gum inflammation? Today we recommend several natural options for treatment.

However, do not forget that these are in no way a substitute for dental treatment. Inflammation of the gums can be very uncomfortable and should be treated accordingly to prevent subsequent symptoms.

Proper dental hygiene, including flossing,  as well as regular check-ups and tooth cleaning by the dentist are essential for the health of the teeth.

This is the only way to  prevent periodontitis. The surrounding tissue around the teeth and also the jawbone is inflamed, which can lead to tooth loss.

  • The gums recede, the teeth are free, and canker sores often appear in the mouth.
  • The immune system then reacts to the inflammation.
  • As a result, the jawbone and the surrounding tissue are destroyed, the tooth becomes loose and has to be pulled.

  • Diabetics are at higher risk of developing gingivitis.
